I enjoy listening to podcasts and sermons while doing housework around the house. Today, while doing dishes, I turned on Family Life Today The program touched my heart as I felt many of the same promptings to foster care and adoption by the Holy Spirit.

If you're interested in listening, the"The United Nations Family" was featured today. They are a family who had 3 biological kids and went on to adopt 9 children from different countries. Some of the kids have special physical needs, like missing limbs.

With a loving family pouring into these kids, some of them have gone on to be very sucessful as Christians, first and then with their talents next.

Here is George Dennehy, who was 9 lbs at 11/2 years old. He was going to die. But the Dennehy family adopted him and he blossomed.
